Nutrition

I'm always running out to buy almond milk last minute at the grocery store, so I decided to try making my own with just almond butter and a blender. The result is a frothy, fresh tasting nut milk without any blanching, soaking, or straining required. The solids will naturally settle and separate when stored. Just give it a good shake before using and enjoy within 48 hours.
