              Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

A refreshing and creamy blueberry smoothie. Just blend blueberries, avocado, almond milk, and a hint of maple syrup. No bananas needed!

 - 1 cup frozen blueberries
 - 3/4 to 1 cup almond milk
 - 1/2 ripe avocado
 - 1/2 cup ice cubes
 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup Boosters (optional)
 - 1 tablespoon flax meal and/or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
 
Instructions
- Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
 - Serve: Pour and enjoy.
