No-Banana Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen peach or mango
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons oats (I used gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon smooth almond butter
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (vanilla oat milk tastes great here)

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more or less non-dairy milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Serve: Pour and enjoy.
