Warm Berries and Yogurt Bowl

An easy and healthy yogurt bowl with warm stewed berries, peanut or almond butter, dates, and a brazil nut (great source of selenium). Ready in under 5 minutes.

Shopping List
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries or mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut or almond butter
- 1 pitted medjool date, chopped
- 1 brazil nut, chopped
- drizzle of maple syrup or honey (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Place the frozen berries in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until warm and juicy.
- Step 2: Add the yogurt to a bowl and smooth the top with a spoon. Spoon the warm berries on top, then peanut butter, date, and chopped brazil nut. Add a drizzle of maple syrup on top if desired.
- Serve: Enjoy!
