Shopping List
    For the Balls
  • 5 tablespoons oat flour (Note 1)
  • 3 tablespoon almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup roasted cashew butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice For Rolling
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Add all of the ball ingredients, except the topping ingredients, to a food processor. Blend until combined into a thick dough.
  2. Step 2: Use your hands to roll the dough into 6 balls.
  3. Step 3: Stir together the coconut sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Roll the balls in the cinnamon sugar blend to cover on all sides. Store in the freezer.
  4. Serve: Remove the bliss balls from the freezer 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Note 1: No oat flour? In a pinch, try blending rolled oats into a flour-like consistency in a food processor or high-powered blender. Measure out the amount needed after blending.
