    For the Balls
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1/2 cup smooth, runny almond butter
  • 1/4 cup plant-based protein powder
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon For the Cinnamon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Add all of the bliss ball ingredients, except the cinnamon sugar coating ingredients, to a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Step 2: Use your hands to roll the dough into small balls.
  3. Step 3: Stir together the cinnamon sugar ingredients in a small bowl. Roll the bliss balls in the cinnamon sugar blend to cover on all sides. Store the bliss balls in the freezer.
  4. Serve: Remove the bliss balls from the freezer 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
