Shopping List
  • 6 tablespoons almond flour
  • 5 tablespoons smooth roasted cashew butter
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons mini vegan chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon + 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract (not oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a food processor or mixing bowl. Blend until a thick dough is formed. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  2. Step 2: Transfer the dough to a cutting board and roll it into small, ping-pong sized balls with your hands.
  3. Serve: Store the bliss balls in the freezer (the refrigerator will dry them out). Place the frozen balls on the counter for a few minutes to soften before eating. Enjoy.
