  • 1 large banana, frozen and cut into chunks
  • 1 handful raw spinach
  • 1 tablespoon smooth almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 cup non-dairy vanilla milk (I used almond)
  • 1 scoop plain or vanilla protein powder of choice (optional)

Instructions
