    For the Smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 to 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup Boosters (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal and/or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Serve: Pour and enjoy.
