    For the Porridge
  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk (such as light coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter For Topping
  • peanut butter
  • dried mulberries (or substitute with chopped dried apricots)
  • hemp seeds

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Add all of the porridge ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Step 2: Cook, stirring regularly, for 5 to 10 minutes until thickened and soft.
  3. Serve: Spoon the warm porridge into a bowl and top with more peanut butter, dried mulberries, and a sprinkling of hemp seeds. Enjoy.
