3-Ingredient Spicy Mayo

Valentina

Spicy mayo is one of those easy, back pocket recipes that tastes great on pretty much everything. For an Asian-style dish, such as sushi, make this with the sesame oil. For a more Mexican vibe, such as tacos, use the lime juice. It's very flexible. Enjoy on everything from Asian marinated beef burgers, to wraps, to salads.

Shopping List
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. I'd recommend using either the optional lime juice or the sesame oil, but not both. If you prefer it spicier, add more hot sauce. If you'd like less heat, add more mayonnaise.
  2. Serve: Enjoy as a dip for french fries, spread on burgers, or with salads. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
