The Best Balsamic Vinaigrette

This is my favorite easy balsamic vinaigrette recipe. It has just the right balance of richness from the olive oil and the acidity of balsamic vinegar. The hints of fresh garlic and dried coriander really make it something special.

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) good quality balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried coriander
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Stir together the vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate in an airtight container and shake/stir before using.
  2. Serve: This balsamic vinaigrette is great on leafy salads such as Blackberry Balsamic Salad, grain salads, or mixed into roasted vegetables.
