Sesame Ginger Dressing

Valentina

Big ginger flavor mellowed out with the richness of sesame oil. This makes the perfect creamy Asian-style dressing for salads, bowls, and noodles.

Shopping List
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 33333333/100000000 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon creamy almond butter (optional, but recommended)
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Add all dressing ingredients to a small blender or use a wide-mouthed mason jar and an immersion blender (we like this one) to blend until creamy. Whisking by hand will work too, but will not be as creamy. Store in the refrigerator.
  2. Serve: Enjoy. We love this in Crunchy Mandarin Salad and Sesame Quinoa Salad.
