Shopping List
  • 1 large spinach or regular tortilla wrap of choice
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna packed in olive oil
  • 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup tabbouleh (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (Note 1)
  • 2 pepperoncini, sliced (adjust to spice preference)

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Drain the oil-packed tuna and place in a small bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mash everything together with a fork until creamy.
  2. Step 2: Spread each wrap down the center with the tuna salad. Spoon the tabbouleh evenly over the tuna and arrange some pepperoncini slices over the top.
  3. Serve: Fold in the ends of the wrap and roll them up nice and tightly. Slice in half and enjoy.

Recipe Notes

Note 1: Not into mayonnaise? Substitute with an equal amount of runny tahini.
