  • 3/4 to 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until very smooth. Add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Serve: Sip and enjoy.
