Sesame Ginger Dressing

Big ginger flavor mellowed out with the richness of sesame oil. This makes the perfect creamy Asian-style dressing for salads, slaws, and chilled noodles.

Shopping List
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 33333333/100000000 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon creamy almond butter (optional, but recommended)
  • 1 scallion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Add all dressing ingredients to a wide-mouthed mason jar and use an immersion blender to blend until creamy. Whisking by hand will work too, but be sure to very finely dice the scallions in that case. Store in the refrigerator.
  2. Serve: Drizzle over your favorite salads and enjoy.
