Paleo All-Purpose Flour Blend

Valentina P
This easy 4-ingredient blend is a good starting point for substituting traditional all-purpose flour. Try it in muffins, cakes, and breads. But remember: grain-free flours are a bit of an art form, because they will react differently in every recipe. Since this flour blend can never be a perfect 1:1 ratio for every recipe, I tend to recommend using it to substitute up to 1/2 of the all-purpose flour in a recipe, and then substituting in other flours (such as almond, cassava, and/or coconut) for your ideal texture. Either way you use it, I do find that this blend works best when used in combination with eggs.
