Sweet honey pairs wonderfully with tangy dijon mustard in this simple, creamy vinaigrette. Ready in a minute and wonderful served alongside pork tenderloin, salads, or vegetables. It's dangerously easy.

  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk with a fork until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
  2. Serve: Store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy. This is great on Arugula Salad with Peach and Pecan or with Raw Broccoli Crunch Salad.
