  • 7 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey (Note 1 for vegan)
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Stir together all ingredients until smooth. It will taste very tart on its own, but will balance out when paired with salads.
  2. Serve: Refrigerate and enjoy. Shake before using, as the ingredients will naturally settle.
