Shopping List
  • 1 cup packed parsley leaves
  • 33333333/100000000 grapeseed oil
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt or non-dairy sour cream (or mashed avocado)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons chives
  • 4 large basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon + 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a small blender until creamy. You can also place the ingredients in a wide-mouthed mason jar and blend with an immersion blender.
  2. Serve: Drizzle over salads or use as a tasty dip or sandwich spread.
