Easy Italian Vinaigrette

A simple and healthy homemade Italian Vinaigrette recipe with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, and oregano. Delicious over salads, grains, and chicken.

Shopping List
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl or jar and stir. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
  2. Serve: Enjoy. This is great in Chicken and Pistachio Salad with Italian Vinaigrette.

Recipe Notes

Note 1: Make your own Italian seasoning by mixing together: 1 tablespoon dried oregano + 1 tablespoon dried basil + 1 teaspoon dried thyme + 1 teaspoon dried rosemary.
