Savory Party Nuts inspired by Trader Joe's Savory Banana and Nuts Trek Mix. Made with roasted cashews, pecans, banana chips, apple vinegar, and a few pantry-friendly spices. Energizing and not too sweet.

Shopping List
  • 1 cup banana chips (such as these)
  • 3/4 cup raw or roasted whole cashews
  • 3/4 cup halved pecans
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion granules or powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Step 2: Stir together all of the ingredients, except the banana chips, in a bowl until coated. Transfer to a sheet pan, spreading evenly over the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Add the banana chips to the pan, stir, and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Let cool fully.
  4. Serve: Store in an airtight container on the counter and enjoy.
