Shopping List
  • 1 large romaine heart (about 8 ounces)
  • 33333333/100000000 cup grated parmigiano reggiano
  • 2 tablespoons good-quality extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Wash, dry, and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Step 2: Add the grated parmesan, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and plenty of black pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. Serve: Divide onto plates and enjoy. This is also delicious topped with a soft boiled egg, toasted pine nuts, and/or grilled shrimp.
