A creamy and healthy overnight oats recipe filled with protein, crunchy granola, and plenty of peanut (or almond) butter! Stir, refrigerate, and enjoy.

Shopping List
    For the Oats
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (not steel cut)
  • 66666667/100000000 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 scoop hemp protein (or protein of choice)
  • 1 small banana, mashed (or 1/4 cup of applesauce)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (omit if using flavored protein)
  • pinch of salt For Topping
  • 3 tablespoons granola of choice
  • 2 tablespoons dried fruit, optional (we like to use mulberries and goji berries)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • berries, to taste (fresh or defrosted)

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Combine all of the oat ingredients in a mason jar or bowl and stir until well combined. Seal the jar or bowl and then refrigerate for several hours, or overnight for best results.
  2. Step 2: Top with the granola, dried fruit, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Add berries, to taste
  3. Serve: Grab a spoon and enjoy warmed or chilled.
