Honey Sriracha Salmon

Valentina

The cooking time is short, and the flavor is huge. Simply spread a 3-ingredient sweet and spicy glaze over fresh salmon, then roast it at high heat to ensure until it's perfectly cooked and slightly caramelized. Top it off with a creamy mayo sauce and fresh cilantro. The Spicy Mayo Sauce isn't make or break in this dish, but I highly recommend it if possible.

Recipe Notes

Note 1: If using a granulated low-carb sweetener, you can make it into a liquid syrup by adding equal parts water to sweetener into a pot, stirring to dissolve, and bringing to a simmer. Once simmering, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool. Keep in mind that every brand / type of sugar substitute will result in a slightly different taste and consistency, so taste and adjust as needed.
