Shopping List
  • 3/4 cup granola of choice (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 brazil nuts, chopped (optional, for selenium)
  • milk, to taste (dairy or non-dairy)

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Place the frozen berries in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Simmer for about 5 minutes, or until warm and juicy. In the final minute, add in the maple syrup.
  2. Step 2: Pour the granola into a bowl and top with the warm berries and optional brazil nuts.
  3. Serve: Pour in some cold milk and enjoy!
