Flatbread Pizza - Bravabod

This really is the easiest crispy Flatbread Pizza! Just spread your favorite sauce, top with cheese, and bake. Ready in under 10 minutes.

Shopping List
    For the Pizza
  • 1 lavash flatbread (we like the ones at Trader Joe's)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup pizza sauce or pesto
  • 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella (dairy or non-dairy) Optional Toppings
  • fresh basil, dried oregano, olives, etc

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahreneheit.
  2. Step 2: Spread a thin layer of the pizza sauce or pesto over the flatbread, leaving a small border along the sides. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the sauce. Add any other optional toppings (add any fresh basil or dried oregano after baking).
  3. Step 3: Bake on a pizza pan (recommended) or thin baking sheet for 6 to 8 minutes, or until crispy.
  4. Serve: Slice and enjoy!
