3-Ingredient Pesto Vinaigrette made with basil pesto, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Delicious tossed into roasted vegetables, salads, or bowls.

- 2 tablespoons basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
 - 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
 - 1/8 teaspoon sugar (optional)
 
Instructions
- Step 1: Stir everything together in a small bowl or jar until combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
 - Serve: This is great in Roasted Vegetables with Pesto Vinaigrette and Sautéed Broccoli with Pesto Vinaigrette.
