1-Minute Sweet-Soy Sauce

The easiest sweet and salty sauce that adds great Asian-inspired flavor to salmon, chicken, tofu, and vegetables. Similar in taste to teriyaki sauce, but made with very simple and healthy ingredients.

Shopping List
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon date syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated or chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • red pepper flakes, to taste

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Stir together all of the ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Serve: Drizzle over roasted salmon, tofu, or vegetables.
